How to Apply

Step 1: Visit the Official Website
First, candidates should visit the official IBPS website www.ibps.in.
Step 2: Click on the “CRP RRBs” link.
On the home page, click on the “CRP RRBs” (Common Recruitment Process – Regional Rural Banks) link and then go to “Apply Online for CRP RRBs.”
Step 3: Register (New Registration)
If you are applying for the first time, click on “Click here for New Registration.”
Enter your name, mobile number, email ID, etc. here.
After registration, you will receive a “Registration Number” and “Password”—keep these safe.
Step 4: Fill the Application Form
After logging in, carefully fill in the following information:
Personal Details (Name, Date of Birth, Address, etc.)
Education Qualification
Select Bank and Post (Post Preference)
Step 5: Upload Documents
Upload the following documents in the prescribed size and format:
Passport-sized photo
Signature
Left Thumb Impression
Handwritten Declaration
Note: All uploads must be clear and in the specified format (JPEG/JPG).
Step 6: Pay the Application Fee
Pay the fee online using a debit card/credit card/net banking/UPI.
General / OBC / EWS: ₹850/- SC / ST / PWBD: ₹175/-
Step 7: Verify and print your application
After paying the fee, submit the application form and keep the printout. This will be useful in the future.

Mode of Examination: (CBT) Online Computer Based Test

Stage of entrance Exams:

Preliminary Examination

This exam is based on objective type (multiple choice questions).
Total time: 45 minutes
It consists of two subjects:
Reasoning
Quantitative Aptitude
Each question carries 1 mark.
Negative Marking: 0.25 marks are deducted for each wrong answer.

Main Examination

This is also conducted in online mode.
Total Time: 2 hours (120 minutes)

Interview

Interviews are conducted only for Officer Scale-I, II, and III positions.
Interviews are conducted jointly by the Participating Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) and IBPS.
Final selection is based on Main Exam + Interview performance.
